We do not accept insurance to ensure fully personalized, confidential care without restrictions. This allows us to focus on your needs—not insurance limitations.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. It is your responsibility to verify your out-of-network benefits prior to treatment.
We offer a fully virtual teletherapy service for accessibility and flexibility. Our teletherapy sessions are conducted securely and confidentially for anyone located in Texas, Washington, Illinois, or Vermont. (Maryland coming soon.)
A portion of all revenue goes towards nonprofit's we love: AACHI
At Jeong Healing Therapy, we believe in transparency and ensuring you understand the costs of your care. Under the No Surprises Act, which went into effect on January 1, 2022, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for your mental health services.
If you are uninsured or choose not to use your insurance, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate before you begin services, outlining the expected cost of therapy. This estimate will provide transparency around fees so you can make informed decisions about your care.
Your Protections Against Surprise Billing
At Jeong Healing Therapy, we are committed to providing clear and upfront pricing for all our services. If you have any questions about your treatment costs or the No Surprises Act, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the charge.
You have 120 days from the date of the bill to initiate a dispute through the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS).
For more information on dispute resolution, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
